1. The Sully District Council of Citizen Associations will meet virtually at 7:00 p.m. on 30 June 2021.

5. This month's Council meeting is scheduled for 7:00, Wednesday, 30 June 2021.
   • Topic: Sully Legislators' Report from Richmond
   
   
6. The Joint Sully Land Use and Transportation Committee (JSDLU&TC) did meet on Monday, 21 June 2021.
   • 7:00 — A PCA to allow data centers versus currently approved office buildings
   They will return after further discussions with staff. One unanswered question was whether they were going to need to upgrade the electrical infrastructure serving the site, did they need a row of big power poles and if so, where are they going? Also there were some questions about pedestrian connections into the site and trails along Braddock in the buffer. They were asked to commit to no vehicular access to Braddock, but still have pedestrian access to their and adjoining parcel. Also to maintain the buffer.
   
   • 7:45 — Fairfax Church of Christ (RZ 2020-SU-014/SEA 93-Y-036-02)
   After multiple reviews by the Joint Sully District Land Use and Transportation Committee the committee had no objections to the proposal
   
   • 8:30 — Proposed mid-rise multifamily building (rental community) and stacked townhomes for Land Bay A in Commonwealth Centre.
   This case had several issues:
   • As a threshold matter there are Land Unit J airport noise issues; the site apparently is bisected by one of the forbidden updated noise contours which the BOS is not adopting.
   • Notwithstanding that problem, there was a long discussion about safety conflicts between traffic and pedestrians at the intersection of Newbrook Drive and the driveway along the front of Wegmans, and how to protect pedestrians crossing the road. There are two crosswalks proposed and there may be flashing lights and the pavement may be painted; they are still working with staff. That is the biggest issue.
   • There was a discussion about whether the applicant would commit to the same disclosures to the purchasers as the other airport noisy residential sites.
   • There was some discussion about the open space programming,
