 Would you like to join the Fairfax County Federation of Citizens Associations at the same time you join the Sully District Council? Yes No : If yes, please pay the indicated combined dues.

 1. To renew your community's membership in the Sully District Council for the current year, or if your community is interested in becoming a member, please complete and print it in landscape mode, then submit this application on line and mail a copy with a check payable to the Sully District Council.
 2. Our notices are distributed by e-mail. Unless otherwise noted, email addresses provided above will be added to the Sully District Council's email list for distribution of Council notices
 3. If you elect to join the Fairfax Federation at the same time you join the Sully District Council, your dues and application will be forwarded to the Federation. Please visit their website at http://www.fairfaxfederation.org.
 4. Separate invoices may not be mailed. Membership dues are from January 1 to December 31.
 5. To determine whether your association's membership is current please check the membership page on our website or contact the Sully District Treasurer at treasurer2020 @ Sullydistrict.org.
 6. Membership meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month with the exception of November and December, when the Council will meet the third Wednesday (check our meeting schedule at www.sullydistrict.org/SDCdates.html for actual dates). Meetings are held in Meeting Room 1 of the Sully District Government Center, 4900 Stonecroft Blvd., Chantilly. Our meetings cover items of interest to all Sully District residents, and are open to all residents and the public.
 7. Membership in the Sully District Council includes membership in the Sully District Council Land Use and Transportation Committee, which meets on the third Monday of the Month. Our meetings convene at 7:00 PM.
 8. If you are no longer the contact for your community, please forward this application to the appropriate person, or contact the Sully District Council Treasurer at treasurer2020 @ Sullydistrict.org.
