6 August 2001 Sully District Land Use and Transportation Committee Report

  1. Presentations:

    1. 7:30
      • Proponent: Steve Fox and Russell Rosenberger
      • Action: Rezoning: 13 acres going from R-1 to R-5
      • Location: Rugby Road

      Because of the inability to acquire a property between two lots that they own, the townhouse development will be developed noncontiguously.

      The committee asked the proponents to return with more inmformation on how they will resolve tyhe open issues caused by the gap.

  2. Old Business:
    1. The Hunter Mill Land Use committee had invited Sully District to present its views regarding the Middleton Property. They asked questions on the proposal, but seemed against the mixed use component (residential) that Sully strongly supported)

  3. New Business:
    1. The North Area Plan Review Cycle is gearing up - Glenn Stroup wil be the Sully Chair.
