  1. The next meeting of Sully District Council Land Use and Transportation Committee will take place at 7:30 P.M. on 5 June 2000 in the conference room adjacent to Supervisor Frey's office, 5900 Centreville Road in the Fort Hill Centre Building.

    1. 7:30
      • Proponent: Frank McDermont for Centex Homes
      • Action: rezone approximately 71 acres from "R-1 and WS" to "PDH-4 and WS".
      • Location: development North of Rt. 29 and West of the Parkway (RZ 2000-SU-012)

        Frank McDermont is tentatively scheduled to discuss the development North of Rt. 29 and West of the Parkway (RZ 2000-SU-012). Centex Homes is requesting approval to rezone approximately 71 acres from "R-1 and WS" to "PDH-4 and WS".

    2. 8:00
      • Proponent: Dexter Odin
      • Action: SP application
      • Location: old Lowes on Metrotech Drive

        Dexter Odin is making a presentation about the SP application for the old Lowes, for a family fun center [restaurants, games, rollercoster, tiltawhirl, runaway teacups etc].

    3. 8:30
      • Proponent: Marie Travesky
      • Action: sign modifications
      • Location: McLearen Square

        Marie Travesky has indicated that she or a member of her staff will be prepared to speak about the proposed McLearen Square sign modifications, which will now be the third agenda item. Note, that for those interested I have available for review copies of the justification
