A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held 1 p.m 15 June 2016 at the Stringfellow Road Park-and-Ride, 4920 Stringfellow Road, Centreville, to celebrate the completion of the expansion of the Park-and-Ride facility.The project was implemented by Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) and Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES), in partnership with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
